We are not apart

How can we better understand the intricate links between our ways of living, our thinking patterns and the global ecological crisis ? This project is a series of three visual essays designed in response to sociological and critical theory texts. They serve as both textual and visual elaborations on the work of Heather Davis, Amitav Ghosh and Naomi Klein.
Beyond being a canvas for theoretical reflection, this series also supports visual experimentation. Each image is created using multiple photographs, later manipulated to the point where the source material becomes unrecognizable. Text distortions and modifications further enrich the layers and textures.
