G-Lab is an urban music band where different musical styles melt in a sweet yet dynamic, groovy way. I worked on the visual identity of the band, focusing on a complex graphic world rather than just a static logo. Feelings given by the music played by G-Lab was at the center of the process, and my goal was to find as much complexity and the same kind of energy in the visuals. Discussion with the light engineer made it even possible to reproduce the colorful atmosphere in the stage lighting, which gave even more consistency to the band.
The creative process has been prolific and the overall project very impelling. First part of this page displays the chosen visuals, while the last images at the bottom of the page were all trial, experimentations and left out propositions. Final products are, among others, an album cover, stickers and social medias pictures.
